Stephanie first and foremost is a creative.  She has always been an Artist, painting and illustrating since she was a child, and later holding various gallery shows within Australia. 

Early in her career she studied Fine Art at QCA QLD Australia, and after that launching into the creative world of Hairdressing.  Alongside Hairdressing, she became a professional musician, writing, performing and recording her music in good company, with artists like Paul Kelly, Tiddas, Powderfinger members and Ed Kuepper.

   

In her late twenties she injured her back, taking her away from Hairdressing for a short time with an uncertain diagnosis of not being able to do hair again - It was a turning point like no other she'd experienced, so she returned to university to study a multimedia degree at QUT in Brisbane Australia.  In her last year of study there, she picked up her scissors again and started her own business called Getsteffed which housed everything creative shed ever done under one name.

Later she went on to own a salon in the main street of Bangalow NSW Australia called none other than Getsteffed, which then became the catalyst for becoming a professional Coach.  In the salon she started self care workshops which bought to life her love of guiding others in the art of all things personal growth, not just hair and makeup..  It was like an epiphany so she once again returned to the world of academia to study Professional Coaching at Australia's best Coaching facility, The Coaching Institute.

Now Stephanie assists salons and individuals grow and perform at their peek with individualised Coaching programs, tailored specifically and uniquely toward each clients needs.

​

If you ask Steph, she'll tell you that all of her creativity, the writing, the hair, the art, the music, the Project Management and Coaching are all one in the same; they are creativity and all work intrinsically together.
